About Us

In September of the year 2000, the dream of a young 20 year old who fully believed that the teachings of Martial Arts could save the world came to life. A dream that would soon involved the whole family. With help and support from family and friends, that dream became a reality.

In 2004, we opened a second location. 2900 square feet of training space. Just four short years later, the economy collapsed. We tried to outlast it, but we shut down the expansion, and continued to manage our first.

We kept moving forward. Watching many of our students grow up, and do amazing things like become police officers, firefighters, youth workers and more.

Then came Covid. We shut down and our loyal students and instructors resorted to online training. As the impact of a world wide pandemic diminished, we reopened and re-built!

Now, for our 25th year in business, a new Leadership Team, a new Name, a New Look…
