Jess has been training since the age of 12 and earned her 5th degree Black Belt in Dec of 2025. Early 2025, Jess began a project in partnership with Thr1ve Womens Communities, The Open Mat Network. Jess's passion is passing on the benefits of martial arts to all who wish to learn.
